Why Home-Use Bouncy Houses Are the Smart Choice?

Inflatable bounce houses undoubtedly evoke cherished childhood memories for many.  Even today, countless parents enjoy taking their children to amusement parks or fairs on weekends to experience those large commercial inflatable playhouses. It seems like a great idea, right?  Paying a ticket fee or rental fee to let your kids have a blast inside for a few hours while parents can take a break, grab a coffee, or browse their phones.  However, did you know that many of these seemingly cool and attractive commercial inflatable bounce houses actually pose safety hazards?

According to a recent study from UGA Today at the University of Georgia, since 2000, there have been over 130 bounce house accidents worldwide due to weather events, resulting in at least 479 injuries and 28 deaths. However, researchers warn that these estimates may be underestimated.

John Knox, a geography professor at the University of Georgia’s Franklin College of Arts and Sciences and the main author of the study, emphasized that these bounce houses shouldn't just be set up and forgotten. "What could go wrong? Well, it could blow away in winds that are not all that strong. Some of these incidents happen on clear days," Knox stated. "There was a case in Southern California where one of these bounce houses blew off and landed in the middle of a freeway, with a child still inside."

Apart from being susceptible to being blown away, PVC material inflatable bounce houses are also prone to material ruptures or explosions in hot summer weather.

While it's great if your child ends the game time safely and happily, it's worth noting that the bacteria and viruses that children might carry home from these bounce houses can be a concern.  It's easy to imagine what unclean things might be found inside a commercial bounce house - children's feet, skin, sweat, food residues, mold, dust, and more. Kids come into contact with these facilities and each other extensively, and they are likely to rub their eyes, wipe their mouths, or pick their noses in this environment.

Many bounce house businesses, which profit from selling tickets or daily rentals, cannot ensure timely cleaning of these sizable facilities. Often, they only maintain the appearance of cleanliness, while the actual levels of bacteria and viruses may far exceed your imagination. Infectious diseases can easily spread among children in this way.

That's why we recommend trying INFLATEFLY's home-use inflatable bounce houses.

All INFLATEFLY bounce house models are specially designed for household use, aiming to provide a safe and scientifically sound playground for every child at home. Unlike large commercial bounce houses that can only be placed outdoors, INFLATEFLY's bounce house products are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, and they all come with ground stakes for easy outdoor fixation to prevent them from blowing away. When the weather is nice, you can set them up in the backyard and enjoy the sunshine with your children. If it's windy or raining, you can still safely start the game indoors.

INFLATEFLY's inflatable bounce houses also feature a different material than typical PVC ones found in the market. Instead, we use thickened Oxford cloth. This material is more durable, environmentally friendly, and skin-friendly, without emitting harmful odors. Cleaning is also simple - just wipe with a damp cloth.

For just a bit more than the cost of admission tickets or rentals, you can have an exclusive inflatable bounce house for your children all year round, indoors and outdoors, allowing endless fun. Stay away from unpredictable bad weather and various types of bacteria. Come to INFLATEFLY's magical playground and let your children play more happily, while parents can be more at ease.
